Task owned query method should allow filter tasks by state

Current implementation of getTasksOwned method returns all task that user is actual owner regardless of the state of a task, meaning it will return already completed tasks as well.

Number of cases can be found that will require possibility to find only active (or only completed, skipped, etc) task that were assigned to a given user.
