MultiInstance with output

Basically, <multiInstanceLoopCharacteristics> does not support the collection of output parameters. This makes the multi-instance feature heavily crippled at the moment.

OMG BPMN spec V2.0, in page 192, "Table 10.29 - MultiInstanceLoopCharacteristics attributes and model associations", there is "loopDataOutputRef" and "outputDataItem" which allows the collection of output parameters.
