      Description

The windows-specific EAP build scripts build.bat and integration-tests.bat (int the root of EAP sources directory) have 2 issues when processing command line arguments:

      1) only fixed number of command line arguments (six) is processes, the rest is ignored. This causes issues when we need to call build.bat with 7 or more arguments.

      2) If cmd line argument contains character '=', it is incorrectly replaced by ' ' (space) before it is handed over to mvn command.

The solution to similar issue in EAP 4/5 has already been proposed in JBPAPP-98 but is not implemented in EAP sources distribution. The solution described there is based on processin all command line args using %* (all arguments).
