      When two subsequent calls to suspend the hot deployment scanner were made without resuming the scanner in between the calls, any following calls of the resume() method were not functional. As a result, it became impossible to resume the scanner. This behaviour has been fixed and it is now possible to resume the hot deployment scanner after a series of subsequent suspend calls.

    Description

      Two consecutive calls to suspend the deployment scanner via JMX will put the deployment scanner in a state such that resume() no longer functions. All calls to resume act as no-ops.

      Error appears to be in HDScanner class.
