GUI Installer fails to create shortcuts on Solaris machines

I used vncserver and vncviewer and tried to install the installer GUI on dev92 Solaris 10 machine

I was able to run through all the installation steps successfully and have the jboss binaries installed at desired location.

However I could not find any shortcut in menu or desktop and server startup/shutdown was only possible manually.

There is similar issue open for EAP6 as well
