    Description

      Test org.hibernate.test.lob.ClobTest#testBoundedClobLocatorAccess fails due to a known Hibernate bug:
      http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-3282

      The method supportsLobValueChangePropogation() should be overriden in DB2Dialect, to return "false".
