It was found that when a non-English language is used in an Orcale database, the constraint violation could not be correctly extracted and thus was not reported. This was because, in the Oracle dialect, the constraint violation name extraction was English specific. A patch has been applied to make constraint violation name extraction language-neutral. Now, when Oracle is using a non-English language, the constraint can be seen.
