Login Modules Should Complain When Invalid Options Are Used

      Login modules has been enhanced so that if invalid configuration options are used, these are logged as warnings. This reduces the time required to diagnose the problem.

      Description

      The login modules need to be modified to check for (complain about) configuration options that have been specified but are not used (invalid, unrecognized, etc). This might be helpful in catching situations where the option name was spelled incorrectly or the option is not implemented.
