Adding messaging-cluster-health-mbean-service.xml to EAP

Since 1.4.8.GA, JBoss Messaging has introduced a new failover model (see JBMESSAGING-1842). This new feature includes a new mbean called MessagingClusterHealthMBean that is used to monitor the status of a JBM cluster node. It's sample description file messaging-cluster-health-mbean-service.xml should be in the EAP package for user to deploy if needed.

To get the file go to JBM tag under integration/EAP5/etc/server/default/deploy

A possible location in EAP could be $JBOSS_HOME/docs/examples/jms
