      CAUSE: The OracleValidConnectionChecker was incorrectly passing in 5000 as timeout parameter
      CONSEQUENCE: The valid connection checker wouldn't timeout after 5 seconds
      FIX: The OracleValidConnectionChecker passes 5 seconds as the parameter.
      RESULT: Works as expected
