Update Remoting to 2.2.2.SP7

The following issues have been requested for the next release of EAP 4.3.0:

• JBREM-892: CLONE -Client side connection exception is not thrown on the client side when the lease times out [JBREM-888]

• support case 158126

• JBREM-910 CLONE -Connector.stop() cannot find invoker MBean when bind address is 0.0.0.0 [JBREM-909]

• support case 162831

• JBREM-912: Remove stacktrace when SSLSocketBuilder.createSSLSocketFactory() fails

• requested by Bill DeCoste for customer

I would have created a version 2.2.2.SP4_CP01, but my understanding of Andy Miller's comments at the recent developers meeting is that the component projects don't need to maintain separate community and CP branches.
