JBWS-3192 content-type header is not properly set for FastInfoset response messages

PATCH NAME:          JBPAPP-5777 PRODUCT NAME:         JBoss Enterprise Application Platform VERSION:         5.0.0 SHORT DESCRIPTION:         JBossWS Native - content-type header is not properly set for FastInfoset response messages. LONG DESCRIPTION:         The content-type mime header is properly set to application/fastinfoset in request messages, but is still set to application/soap+xml or text/xml for response.         This patch properly set the mime content-type header as application/fastinfoset in response.
