    Description

      Lots of failures are caused by HttpClient library used in TestSuite which does not handle correctly IPV6. It refuses to store cookies returned from IPV6 requests. (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-654). This is not going to be fixed in HttpClient 3.X series. Moving to 4.X version seems to require lots of work.
