Update versions in maintenance branch for Apache CXF

    Description

      In order to fully support the CXF integration we need to be able to build the CXF maintenance branch first so that libraries are added to our local repository, we should then be able to run the JBossWS CXF integration build to make use of the first binaries built.

      The versions used in the CXF maintenance branch need to be updated to the versions expected by the JBossWS CXF integration build.
