      This fix corrects a NullPointerException that occurs during the initialization of a log4j logger when java.util.logging anonymous loggers are used. In such cases, the org.jboss.logbridge.LogbridgeHandler will attempt to access the name of the logger from the LogRecord. For anonymous loggers, this name is null, resulting in the NullPointerException.

    Description

      It would be good to include the fix for JBAS-8376 in the next EAP 5.1.x release, once a version of the log-bridge that includes it is done.
