        Provide fix for JBWEB-185.
LONG DESCRIPTION:
        Patch to fix concurrent access to WeakHashMap in ConcurrentCache that can cause an infinite loop and 100% CPU.
MANUAL INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
        Replace the existing %JBOSS_HOME%/server/%JBOSSCONF%/lib/el-api.jar with the new el-api.jar
        Replace the existing %JBOSS_HOME%/server/%JBOSSCONF%/deploy/jboss-web.deployer/jbossweb.jar with the new jbossweb.jar
