      The file <filename>properties-service.xml</filename> was removed to minimise the number of unwanted services. Instead of using this file, the same result can be achieved by passing the properties in the server's startup.

      Description

      Properties-service.xml is present in EAP 5.1 but missing in EWP 5.1.
      There is nothing in the EWP release notes to suggest that it has been removed deliberately.
