Operation "edit task" does not display new task description in Seam examples Tasks

1) open Seam example Tasks in browser 2) log in 3) navigate to task list 4) start editing a task: change task's description 5) confirm changes expected result: task list appears and recently edited task is displayed with new data actual result: task list appears and recently edited task displays only its category, task description is blank 6) after the page is refreshed, task description displays correctly

An incompatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and the Seam Tasks Example resulted in text appended to a task being represented as a blank line in the task list. The Seam Tasks Example was improved to display edited tasks correctly in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.
