Class <classname>SchemaUpdate</classname> now creates indexes automatically, when property variable <varname>hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto</varname> is set to either <literal>create</literal> or <literal>update</literal>. The previous behavior was to only update when the variable was set to <literal>create</literal>.
