web Manager MBean name mismatch for nested .war deployments

There is an issue with the naming "path" attribute of "jboss.web:host=localhost,path=/,type=Manager" MBean - for .war applications nested in an .ear. Where the path-name results in path="" vs. patch = "/" - which is a problem, when gathering metric information for the console, since the discovery process fails.

However this seems to be specific to the "all" and "production" config only - so maybe related when using a different Manager? It also seems to work fine for ROOT.war - so i added a link to bugzilla, with an example ".ear" application to reproduce the problem.

Remy can take a look at that, or assign this issue to someone else to have closer look?
