jacorb.jar differs compared between svn and zip

The jacorb.jar built from svn tag JBPAPP_4_3_0_GA_CP08 (and JBPAPP_4_2_0_GA_CP09) is different than the one in the zip distribution.
The manifests are different, but also the classes, as shown by dist-diff.
