Seambay - webservices page - propagation of values from input fields to request area doesn't work

When I go to Web Services page, click Login link and enter values to username and password fields, they are not propagated to Request Area. This is done by JavaScript but is seems it doesn't work with Internet Explorer.

The web browser window (IE8) shows this error:

Anyway, when I fill in the values manually to the Request Area, web services work just fine.
