EJBTimers do not retain their timer ID's over server restarts

    Description

      When an EJB Timer is persisted and then read back after a server restart, its timer ID value is reset. This means that any TimerHandles that were persisted cannot reliably return the timer leading to "javax.ejb.NoSuchObjectLocalException: Timer not available"
