Some Seam examples throw NPE during undeployment

Seam examples: chatroom, mail, registration, booking, dvdstore throw NPE during undeployment. It does not appear when application is just deployed and undeployed without any interaction, but it is enough to deploy the example application, perform some basic interaction (connect to chat and disconnect in chatroom example), undeploy application and exception appears.
