      Description

      There was a commit on 2008-04-03 for service.bat that sets the JAVA_OPTS environment variable:

      REM Suppress killing service on logoff event
      set JAVA_OPTS=-Xrs

      The problem with the above is that it doesn't consider an existing JAVA_OPTS value. For example, if a system variable already exists like:

      JAVA_OPTS=-XX:MaxPermSize=196m

      it will be overridden instead of extended. I recommend modifying service.bat to say:

      set JAVA_OPTS=-Xrs %JAVA_OPTS%
