          Description

          Forge Runtime changed module layout yesterday, resulting in the current Forge Runtime SNAPSHOT builds not working with the tools.

              This fixes the problem. Both layouts will work with JBT.

              leaving this out of M4 - b1 is soon and users can handedit this file if they really want to mess with bleeding edge (or use our nightly build)
