Adater wizard page: git uri and application url are lazy loaded values. We should load them in a background job and disable "finish" in the meantime

          Description

          Application#getGitURI and Application#getApplicationURL are values that require an additional loading step (the user info is fetched from the server to determine both values).

          We should load both values in background jobs and disable the widgets and the "Finish" button in the wizard, while these values are being loaded.
