Pressing "next >" should validate credentials if they're not validated yet

          Description

          The first page in the OpenShift Express wizard requires the user to provide and validate its credentials. "Next >" aka proceeding in the wizard gets only available if you hit "Validate" first.

          It would be far more convenient if "Next >" was available as soon as the user provided the credentials and would validate those. If the validation fails, the user would stay on the same page.
