Materialize Library : add an option to not keep source informations

When materializing a library, all existing informations from the library's classpath entries are kept, including the source attachments.
Problem is, paths to the sources are absolute, thus not portable and end up in the project's .classpath.
We should add an option to skip these hard coded paths when libraries are materialized.
