move reusable parts used in usage, deltacloud, etc - that I can reuse in Openshift Tooling - to commons

I implemented several reusable classes and utils in usage, deltacloud etc. So far I did not reuse them but now in Openshift they would come pretty handy. I will therefore move them to org.jboss.tools.common.ui
