The text on the pref page for knowledge base is rather intense.
We need to find a simpler explanation than that otherwise users will be scared to enable it

"JBoss Tools Knowledge Base collects information from projects to provide info to features such as expression language validation and content assist.
It is recommended to enable this on projects and its dependent projects that uses expression language features such as JSF, CDI and others."

In most cases this preference page is not needed at all since KB will be enabled automatically or by Quick Fixes/VPE. But I agree that the text is complex anyway. And we definitely need somebody's help to fix it
