new respin of M3

          Description

          Because of JBIDE-9704 and JBDS-1795 and JBIDE-9703 we need an M3 respin.

          creating jira to not forget, but do sync on jbosstools in case others found before you see this

                Changed jbosstools-teiid-designer-7.5_stable_branch to pull SVN bits from our released teiiddes-7.5 tag instead of trunk.

                Changes for hibernate, maven, AS, jst, runtime, usage, and teiid done. Waiting on downstream jobs to spin clean and be aggregated before JBDS stuff can spin.
