Release Notes Text:A link that opens the Remote System Explorer View has been added to the Server Behaviour section of the Server Editor. Following the link allows a user to easily remove server hosts.

Description
1. double click on server in Servers view
2. in Server Behaviour, choose "Remote System Deployment" in combobox
Adding new host can be done by click "New Host..." but removing added hosts cannot be done through this UI. In my opinion we should provide an easy way for removing hosts for remote deployment too.

Cannot clutter the UI with a huge bunch of widgets, but a hyperlink to the RSE view should be sufficient
