Set up a mirror for WTP SDK 3.2.5 integration build

          Description

          I need the latest 3.2.5 build for WTP SDK in order to fix some Dali issue in upcoming m2e-wtp 0.14.0 [smilar to the 3.3.1 requirement].
          Problem is there's no public update site for the current dev build.
          So ideally, I'd need to use a mirror of say, the latest 3.2.5 dev build from http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/

                raising priority - should be done as soon as possible after M3 to allow proper release of m2e-wtp 0.14 which will be important for M4.
