Use the cmd+3 style "sectioned list style" instead of a tree for forge menu

          Description

          trying out the tree style cmd+4 i'm inclined to think the cmd+3 list style with named sections would fit better.

          Forge doesn't have nestable commands anyway, so showing each command as part of a section named after its "group"/command (possibly with duplicates) would make the UI simpler/less heavy IMO.
