- Implement an object observing the Resource events in the runtime that informs the tools side about these events
- Refresh the appropriate part of the workspace to reflect the resource changes in the workbench

=> Part 1 of this is implemented.
=> Part 2 needs to be a bit smarter. The current behavior is a project configuration update when pom.xml changes as well as a refresh of the entire workspace after each command. This needs to be tuned so that only the changed parts of the workspace get refreshed.
