Description

Forge plugins use the wrong version range for m2e dependency : [0.13.0, 1.0.100) instead of [1.0, 1.1) or even [1.0, 2.0)
This prevents users to install the latest m2e milestone (1.0.100).

forge/plugins/org.jboss.tools.forge.ui/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF should be fixed
