JPA: add package level annotations support

Details

    • Package level annotation support has been added to the Java Persistence API component of the Hibernate tooling. This improves user experience by making it easier to annotate Hibernate files.
    • Documented as Resolved Issue

    Description

      Some annotations can be added to package-info.java file.
      For example GenericGenerator(s), TypeDef(s), NamedQuery(es), NamedNativeQuery(es).
      They should be handled here by Hibernate JPA platform.
