AS7: Server adapter does not report that it was not able to start/stop as7 server

      1. make sure you have JBoss AS server in a remote location (ex. on ec2, any other server is sufficient). Make sure it is NOT running.
      2. make sure as7 management port is not accessible: port 9999 must be blocked
      3. create a server adapter for this remote host
      4. start the server adapter and wait until the adapter states [Started]

      Result:
      Start takes a lot of time but finally the adapter states [Started]. In reality the connection to the server could not be established and timed out. If you connect to the server and check if the server is running, you'll see that it isn't
