Instance view: stopped instance still has "Stop" available as action in toolbar and in context menu

1) make sure you have a cloud 2) make sure you have an instance running on it 3) go to instance view, select your RUNNING instance 4) pick either STOP in the context menu or click it in the toolbar 5) wait until the instance state turns from RUNNING to STOPPED 6) (dont change the selected instance!) open up the context menu and see what actions are available OR look at the toolbar what actions are available Result: You still have STOP available (in the context menu and in the toolbar) Expected: The toolbar menu and the context menu should offer START and disable STOP as soon as the instance turns from RUNNING to STOPPED.
