1) create a server adapter for your AS7 server 2) double click it and the editor for the server adapter pops up 3) you'll spot a link "Open launch configuration, click on it 4) the title area displays an error that says that you can only change it by changing the runtime configuration 5) add a vm argument 6) hit OK 7) open it again and Result: The vm argument was persisted. To be honest I have no idea what the error tells me.
