Cannot "unfilter" images or instances view if the view has zero elements after beginning to filter

Scenario:
1) Create connection
2) Ensure connection has one instance named "Test"
3) Open instnaces view
4) Filter instances view such that the name filter says "NotFound"
5) Verify the view is now empty. (if JBIDE-8323 is committed, you see "filtered" in the top right)
6) Right-click in the view to unfilter
FAIL.

This is a pretty bad UI breaker
