Starting instance background job steals focus from CloudView

          1. have an ec2 cloud
          2. launch instance without RSE & Server Adater (this should take quite a long time)
          3. Open Properties and select instance that is starting in cloud View
          Result: Something is staling focus from CloudView, looks like it is that background job
          Expected: You can safely select an instance and enjoy its properties
