Cloud View: instances are flickering while an instance is launched

          1) make sure you have a cloud with several instances
          2) unfold its instances branch in the cloud view
          3) choose "Launch instance" in the context menu on this cloud
          4) launch a new instance

          Result:
          The list of instances is flickering (you see how it gets cleared an repopulated)

              flickering is slightly better with fixed on JBIDE-8052 but they're still present. The flickering is due to the current notification concept. This concept was never changed since the initial implementation. It notifies about all instances and not about the instance that changed only.
