Show Advanced Properties button should work - i.e. if Show Advanced Properties unchecked - only most useful properties are visible, if
Show Advanced Properties checked - all properties should be visible with most useful properties with Bold Font.
if there are no most useful properties - by default Show Advanced Properties should be checked and all properties be visible.

Insert tag dialog in some cases has a General tab for most useful properties - this issue will simple replace this functionality.
Insert tag dialog - is not necessary.
