Teiid preview connections can be broken by eclipse update.

Existing connections used for the Teiid Designer's preview capability can be broken if the plug-in is updated. Designer should validate the connection before using it for preview. Specifically Designer should validate that the required jars exist and replace the bad values for the jars with the correct values for the jars if they do not exist.
