Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) create a new deployment descriptor
2) perform some modifications and save them (do not close the editor)
3) delete the file from the project
4) optionally create a new deployment descriptor and try to open it

Description

ODE deployment descriptor editor remains opened after deploy.xml (or bpel-deploy.xml) file is deleted. When we create a new deployment descriptor file the editor will not refresh the content. Even when we try to open the newly created descriptor then the old editor which was not closed will gain focus.

This may potentially lead to unwanted modifications.
