can't load a wsdl file from a url

1 create a bpel file
2 click on the black-white space of the bpel editor
3 in the properties view, import section, click the import wsdl button
4 a wizard opens, in the wizard, select import a wsdl from url
5 input a url, you can't load the wsdl if the url is like localhost:8080/hello/hello?wsdl
