Description
1) Java perspective -> select some package in "Package Explorer"
2) menubar: "File", "Edit", "Source", "Refactor", "Source", "Navigate", ....
The similar problem was in Hibernate component - it was fixed - so it is possible fix this issue in the same manner.
I can't identify which component responcible for this issue...
One thing that I can state - this is not Hibernate component.

I can't reproduce it. Maybe I miss some plugins.

Cause I can reproduce it only after creation simple empty test.jsp file - then VPE open it and

to Yura ... in addition to a subject of the issue:
Was deleted some more elements from pugin.xml ( I think thew are useless). And you must compare editor (for jsp and xhtml files) before/after changes and make sure that something useful was not deleted
