Support of rich:editor and a4j:queue for xhtml pages

1) Create xhtml page into project and declare xmlns:rich="http://richfaces.org/rich" tag lib there, but do not add RichFaces taglibs.
2) Call CA and add a4j:queue or rich:editor.
RESULT: Components were added, but visual part doesn't recognize them.

For Now we have a checking for tld version of this components, but we didn't add libraries themselves. But I think that for xhtml pages we have to make the same behavior as for others tags and add these components independently of tld version as CA does.
